Training For Longevity with Sports Performance Coach Jackson Lohr

There are a lot of misconceptions around our capabilities when we get to a certain age - we shouldn’t lift heavy weights, we need to eat less since our metabolism has slowed down - but in reality, aging can open up an abundance. We likely have more time as we move into retirement, we should be eating more (protein) to make up for changing metabolism, and surprise surprise, lifting heavy weights is the key to a strong, healthy and long life.
