About Me

Hey friends, my name is Jeff Dalzell. Since you’re here, I wanted to take some time to introduce myself. I live on the Seacoast in NH with my amazing wife, Megan, our toddler, Levi, our twin tornadoes, Charlotte (Charli) & Parker, and our dog, Shiloh.

“You’ve got your hands full.”

Yes. Yes we do.

Megan is an amazing teacher. She also runs a photography business and is an incredible mother and wife. She’s basically a superhero.

Levi loves dinosaurs, bubbles, & climbing on Daddy. He hates baths (this is a new thing) and eating anything we put in front of him (not new).

Charlotte & Parker are our twins (yes, we’re efficient). Parker has absolutely no fear and gives us regular heart attacks when he climbs onto everything (but then melts our hearts with his awesome smile). Charli loves reading and sitting on top of the floor vents so that her hair blows up like Marilyn Monroe.

I still train in person at a gym in the area and I absolutely love it, but, for the past few years, I’ve pivoted the majority of my coaching online. That’s allowed me to be able to help parents from all around the world lose weight and, more importantly, have more energy and confidence to be present with their kids.

Thanks for being here.

My Fitness Journey

I was stuck in the same cycle for 5 years:

👉🏻 Start a new diet of boiled chicken & kale.

👉🏻 Start a 60 day workout program.

👉🏻 Get crazy results & a free t-shirt.

👉🏻 Get burnt out, fall off the plan & be right back where I started.

👉🏻 Feel bad about myself & start the cycle over from the start.

I was convinced that this would be my life.

I would stay in this cycle forever.

In March 2016 I decided I was done. I took my last before picture ever & decided that, even if it took longer, I needed to find a better plan. Not just a 3 month plan, but one that I could do for the rest of my life. The guy on the right has stuck with that plan for over 6 years. He lost 20+ lbs of fat & added 20+ lbs of muscle. So, he weighs exactly the same as the guy on the left, but looks, feels, & acts entirely differently. The guy on the right is free to enjoy his life with an incredible wife & amazing kids. I think the guy on the left would be proud of him.

Are you stuck in that same cycle?

I’d love to help you break it once and for all

All you need is to be:

👉🏻 Committed to finally changing your life

👉🏻 Able to train at least twice per week for 30-45 minutes

👉🏻 Coachable and willing to put in the work

👉🏻 Ready to get pushed out of your comfort zone
