How It Works

My custom program, The Fit Parent Project, is based on helping you through three core pillars: sustainable nutrition, effective training, & a victorious mindset. The combination of these three components will ensure we are building you a plan that is both successful and sustainable so that your fitness journey will get you lasting results.

Effective Training

My workouts are tailor-made for you to be effective & efficient - get in, get it done, & get out. You will get great results while only spending 2 hours (or less) per week working out. I use a custom coaching app to deliver your workouts, track your progress, and provide coaching videos each week. With a library of over 600 exercise tutorial videos, it’s like having me in your back pocket.

Sustainable Nutrition

We focus on building you a custom system for eating that fits your lifestyle naturally, without restriction from your favorite foods (I’ll never tell you not to eat pizza). We’ll make small, incremental changes so that it doesn’t even feel like you’re on a diet - because you’re not. The key is flexibility which allows you to lose up to 25 lbs in the first 12 weeks of the program and keep it off for good.

Victorious Mindset

The key to sticking with your fitness routine longterm is having strong support. I provide support & accountability through weekly check-ins, 1-1 coaching calls as well as weekly coaching videos to keep you on track, encouraged, & supported throughout the full program. You get as much one-on-one support as you need to eliminate self-sabotage to lock this in as a lifestyle and stop riding the fitness roller coaster.
