The One with Skills over Solutions

The problem: you want to lose 20 lbs. The solution: calorie deficit (pre-prepped meals) strength training & cardio (group class at the gym 3 days/week). The solution is simple. But if you haven’t mastered the skills to keep you there, what is going to happen when you’re at a restaurant and don’t have your prepared meal in front of you? Or your cardio class at the gym got canceled at the last minute? You’ll fall off.
