The One About Pregnancy & Fitness (Part 3 - Postpartum & Pelvic Floor)

As I’ve said before, once you are postpartum you are always postpartum. Your body will always carry the markers of pregnancy and delivery. It does not define you, but it would be silly to ignore these markers when planning your fitness routine.
