The One About Measuring Progress
We look at ourselves every day in the mirror, but we don’t notice how much our hair is growing day-to-day. The same is true when it comes to noticing our weight loss progress. We need to be able to look at the whole picture to know if what we are doing is moving the needle, but the only way to do that is to track our progress along the way, with the right tools.
